Adoption agreement: NON Breeding Contract: The said dog has been sold under a non breed contract. The dog must be fixed by no later then 7 months of age. Failure to alter the dog will result in the breeder keeping the $250.00 spay/neuter deposit, unless the breeder has waived the deposit. Failure to alter the dog will also VOID the health guarantee. The new owner MUST HAVE THE DOG INSPECTED BY THERE VETARANARIAN WITH IN 3 DAYS OF THE ADOPTION IN ORDER TO WARRANTY THIS DOG. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NO HEALTH GUARANTY. Parvo virus is only covered if it breaks within 4 days of leaving the breeder. In the case of Parvo virus the pup will be either replaced or the owners Vet bills will be reimbursed up to but not exceeding the adoption fee minus the puppy deposit. Short term conditions such as hook worm, round worm, coccidia, giardia, etc, fleas, small scratches or bites from other pups are NOT covered. If a condition genetic or otherwise is found during the initial Vet visit that is considered to be a major detriment to the dogs long term health the owner may return the pup in exchange for a pup from the next available litter or receive a complete refund minus the deposit at the same time they would have received a replacement pup. Full medical documentation MUST precede the return of the pup and most identify a medical condition. The ill dog must be returned safely to the breeder with in 1 week of notifying the breeder of the problem which must be done with in 2 days of the first vet visit or there will be no refund. If the dog is not returned in this time frame it is to be considered that the owner wishes to keep the ill dog and the breeder will be FREE of any further health warranty obligations. We the breeders agree to warranty the dog for 1 year from the adoption date to be free of any illness that is found to be genetically related. The owner has 3 days from the diagnosis to notify the breeder of the condition and a further week to provide full medical documentation that MUST precede the return of the pup/dog and most explicitly and singularly identify that there is a genetic defect with the dog. The breeder reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by a Veterinarian to confirm the findings at the owner’s expense. The breeders Vet findings are to be considered FINAL. The breeder is not responsible for transportation or Vet cost when referring to a second opinion. Our warranty only covers hips when the dog cannot function normally or when it is purchased for breeding or performance sports. The dog will be Olsen Norberg Angle scored and if found to have less than an average of 90 degrees, will be surrendered to the breeder and a be replaced with a pup from the next available litter or the owner may receive a refund minus the deposit after the next available litter has been adopted out. The puppy has been de-wormed four times. Has had a vet inspection prior to pick up and has had its first set of shots, is micro chipped and is eligible for BBBA non breeding registration papers ONLY. |
