Eligibility:
A. Membership is open to all people over the age of 18, who
subscribe to the purpose of the association and code of ethics and own a
Dhomhnuill Style Bulldog, generational dog or an approved parental
stock breed including a Bulldogge that is registered with the B.B.B.A.
Each applicant for membership must be voted in by current members at
one of the quarterly meetings.
B. Each applicant will have a 6 month probation period, during which
time they may be removed at any time with NO REASON GIVIN!
C. Any member in good standing may resign from the BBBA upon
written notification to the Dictator. If a member does not resign in
writing and fails to respond to a written request by the President, (or the
Corresponding Secretary) said membership will be automatically
terminated.
D. Any membership that has fees of any type, membership dues or
registration fees that are overdue must be paid within 30 days of
membership expiration. If dues/fees are not paid within 30 days after
suspension, said membership will be terminated.
E. A Breeder may use the BBBA for registration purposes ONLY
(NOT A BBBA REGISTERED BREEDER) if they so wish but will not
receive web listing, advertising, DNA or in-breeding calculations. These
kennels will not be permitted to advertise that they are a BBBA breeder
or use any of the BBBA standard contract forms and must abide by all
health certification protocols.
Dues:
A. BBBA Life Time Membership dues will be $250 (gets your dogs
and breeding’s listed for one year. Also gives you Exhibiter status for 1
year and all members over the age of 18 in the house hold have voting
rights at meetings).
B. Yearly dues are as follows:
Exhibiter Membership dues will be $35/year. (Owners or Breeders who
choose not to pay the exhibiter fee can still show but will not accumulate
any points towards there championship.)
Breeder Membership dues will be $35/year. (List dogs and breedings on
the BBBA site)
Dues will be due by the 31st day of December of each calendar year.
Voting member dues will be $10/year (members who wish to have a say
at meetings must pay this early due)
BBBA Registered Breeder By-Laws
BBBA BREEDERS MUST:
A. Abide by and follow ALL BBBA health certification regulations.
B. Use and honor ALL BBBA standardized health guarantee,
breeding stud and foster contracts supplied by the BBBA.
C. NOT place or sell any pup/dog in or to a shelter or pet store.
D. NOT place a pup in a new home be for the age of 7 weeks.
E. Place all pups in new homes with a BBBA health guarantee, first
set of core vaccines, micro chipping, a collar, a blanket from the whelp,
a food dish and at least one week of food that the pup/dog is currently
already eating.
F. Breed with the intent on producing next generation dogs for either
other breeders or them selves.
G. Not use any dogs in any illegal activities or place dogs in an
atmosphere were they may be used for criminal activities.
H. Try to compete in BBBA sanctioned conformation, weight pull,
agility and any other sporting events offered by the club when possible.
I. Help promote the BBBA and it’s events by introducing the
possibilities of competing with there new dog to adopting
families/owners. Spay/Neutered dogs are welcome.

TRUE DAVID LEAVITT "OLDE ENGLISH
BULLDOGGE" BLOOD LINES) a place to
register there lines and document there
pedigrees. Breeders can continue to work with
there own health certified dogs or incorporate in
any that are conformation certified into the
Dhomhnuill Style Bulldog evolving breed
program, providing they become full BBBA
registered members.
